It is important that you know who you want to be in the future, this will help you perform better in the present.

The Vision is your main source of clarity in this planner. I have created an example file below.

You can use this as inspiration for your own goals or to gain a deeper understanding of what the different questions mean.

When the word ‘eg.’ is being used, it means ‘for example’.

Where do you see the best version of yourself in 1 year time? Write in the present tense

Knowing where the best version of yourself will be is a very powerful tactic which can be used to gain motivation and clarity. Write down exactly who you want to be and what things that version of you has. What does he/she weigh? Where does he/she live? What does he/she spend his/her time on?

Ask yourself these questions and write your answers down in the present tense, just like I did in the example. This will, again, give you more clarity of where you are working towards.

Out of this list, which do you desire the most? Write this down

Having that one clear goal to focus on will allow you to keep the oversight. Instead of getting tangled up in all of these goals, pick the one goal that will have the most impact on your life, the one goal which you truly desire the most.
